At PetDoors, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place your unworn items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
